Patch state you cannot see
A machine is current, behind, or unknown. You find out which when a user complains, or when you connect and look. There is no list in between.
See which machines are behind on patches, what is on them, and run one action across a group without opening a session on each.
Support reaches one machine when someone asks. Between those sessions, three facts are missing.

Operating system, installed software and which group a machine belongs to live in a spreadsheet or in the last session. A new technician cannot answer what is on the estate without opening machines one by one.
A reboot or a check you already know still means a session per computer. Ten machines is ten sittings. A group should take one action.
Patch visibility, inventory and group actions. The drawings on the cards are diagrams made for this page.
A read of the fleet: which machines are current, which are behind, and which have not reported. You see it before you open a session.

What the machine is. Operating system, installed software, and the group it belongs to, taken from machines already enrolled for Access or Support. Not a second agent.

One action, sent to a group, without a remote desktop session on each machine. A result per machine.
No session opened on each machine.

You look after machines that belong to clients. The useful question is which of those machines are behind, and whether one action can cover a client group. Endpoint is built for that. It does not replace the remote support seat.
MSP solutionsYou look after the computers in one organisation: the office, the people at home, the machine in the cupboard. You need the same three things, on one estate. Endpoint is for that job too.
Endpoint is sold with DeskZap Support. How Support is sold is on the pricing page.
Minimum spend, a free tier, whether patching is included, and UK data residency. Every competitor figure was read from that vendor's own page on 21 October 2026. Amounts are US dollars, as published. Where a page does not print a number, the cell says quote only.

Five questions about timing, price, platforms, and the machines you already have enrolled.
Yes. Endpoint is live: patch visibility, an inventory and background actions across a device group, in the same console as Access and Support.
Endpoint is from £29 a month for up to 25 endpoints, or £290 a year, two months free. Sold with DeskZap Support. How Support is sold is on the pricing page.
The machines DeskZap already reaches: Windows, macOS and Linux. Endpoint is not phone management.
No. Endpoint is patch visibility, an inventory, and background actions across a device group. It does not do ticketing, antivirus, or the rest of a full RMM. If you need that today, keep the tool that does it.
Nothing changes. A machine enrolled for Access or Support stays enrolled. Endpoint uses that same list, not a second enrolment and not a second agent.
Tell us about the fleet you already look after, and we will take you through Endpoint on it.
