Sign up for a workspace, install Deskzap Connect on the operator devices you will connect from, and Deskzap Host on the target machines. Log in, click Connect, and you are working remotely with no firewall rules, no VPN, no infrastructure tickets.

Do my end-users need an account for me to support them?

No. For ad-hoc help, your end-user shares a one-time 9-digit Quick Support Code, valid for 5 minutes, no signup required. For ongoing managed support, pre-install Deskzap Host once on the client machine for permanent unattended access. Only your support agents need a Deskzap login.

Which operating systems does Deskzap support?

Windows 10/11, macOS 12+ and all major Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and Arch are supported as both Host and Connect clients. Multi-monitor, high-DPI 4K displays and Apple Silicon are all native. Mobile Connect apps are also available for iPad, iPhone and Android.

Your workspace stays live and your data is preserved. You will be invited to choose a plan (Starter, Business or Advanced) but will not be auto-charged as no credit card is required to start. If you do not pick a plan, your account moves to read-only after the grace period.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Upgrade from monthly to yearly to save 17% and we will prorate the unused portion of your current month. Adding or removing seats is also prorated automatically.
