Sign up for a workspace, install Deskzap Connect on the operator devices you will connect from, and Deskzap Host on the target machines. Do my end-users need an account for me to support them?

No. For ad-hoc help, your end-user shares a one-time 9-digit Quick Support Code, valid for 5 minutes, no signup required. For ongoing managed support, pre-install Deskzap Host once on the client machine for permanent unattended access. Only your support agents need a Deskzap login.

Which operating systems does Deskzap support?

Yes, at any time. Upgrade from monthly to yearly to save 17% and we will prorate the unused portion of your current month. Adding or removing seats is also prorated automatically.
